This is a fun little gift with purchase set. Spend over AU $140/£65/US $65/€65 between November 8th and November 14th and you’ll score a copy of 40488 Coffee Cart, while stocks last. It’s a fun set that’ll fit right in with a City display, or even out the front of a modular. It’s a super simple set, with the cart, a side table, bike and two minifigures.
The minifigures appear to be the stereotypical beanie-and-bearded-barista (with a new torso), and a girl with some funky light purple hair. The torsos are pretty standard.
The cart itself is basic, but with a nice design, and a great sign at the top! The stickers have to be some of the coolest ones I remember, and I love the little coffee grinder and coffee machine are excellent.
The only let down I can see is that it includes classic mugs instead of the new takeaway coffee cups. Shame really. Aside from that, it’s a great freebie.
