A couple of days ago images circulated of the new 76210 Hulkbuster set. Now we’ve got the official images and details!
This simply enormous set has 4049 pieces, releasing November 4th for VIPs and November 9th for general sale. The set will cost US $549.99 / DE €549.99 / UK £474.99 / AU $849.99.
It’s a little strange that they’re releasing another Hulkbuster seven years after the movie was released. Granted, it’s a lot bigger than the last version – 76105 back in 2018 – almost four times the parts, and over twice as tall. It’s also expensive. Crazy expensive. So expensive it holds the title of the most expensive LEGO Marvel set ever (and the biggest).
It’s not quite right in the chest – the shape is off – too squared, but it’s still going to be very impressive, and it looks like they’ve recoloured the Fresnel lens from the Lighthouse and put it in the chest for the reactor! It’s too low, but the lens works really well.
